Made the plugin less verbose at startup so it doesn't consume so much console space.
Added preliminary support for exposing javascript functions safely to non-operators (no evaluation is done - the functions must be 'blessed' by operators using the new command.register() function)

Saving and loading of menu-signs and player's chosen arrow type is not yet loaded or saved.
