ScheduledCommands
ScheduledCommands allows you to execute scheduled commands after a long time period.
Have you ever wanted to have temporary donator ranks? You can use ScheduledCommands for many different things!
Example use:
- Use it together with CommandRank. CommandRank promotes the players and ScheduledCommands demotes them after a specific time.
- Use it to run automatic events and enjoy them instead of always having to be online and typing the event commands.
- Temp-(mute/ban/whitelist/etc.) somebody (Many plugins already have a tempban/tempmute command though)
- Etc.
Features
- Easy to use
- Permissions support
- ScheduledCommands is able to execute commands after a long time period - even after 20 weeks
- Player-check: Some commands are only executed when the named player is online
- API: Developers are able to easily hook into ScheduledCommands and to work with it
Commands
- /tcmd reload - Reloads the config
- /tcmd <time> <cmd> - Executes <cmd> in <time>
- /tcmd <time> <cmd>#<name of player> - Executes <cmd> in <time> as soon as the named player is online
Permissions
- ScheduledCommands.use - Allows to use the /tcmd command
NOTE: This plugin has not been updated since a long time but should still be working fine! Due to circumstances (For example final school year) I am not able to update my plugins anymore. However most of them should still be working fine and besides I have found Maintainers for a few of my projects, who keep these updated. Thanks for your understanding ;-)
I have really big problems with duplicated commands... now i have in config about 20 000 commands... please help to fix this duplicates.
@callum343
Just wanted to say that I have seen you before on a server xD
@callum343
I also found another problem where the message duplicates itself! Btw, works fine with 1.7.9, that's great and all, but it always duplicates the messages!
@Dankrushen
Same when i try to type something into the chat or when i say for the console to write in the chat a blank line appears but no text :(
Help! The commands will not execute when they are supposed to, and it always does it every time I restart the server! Never when it's supposed to! Please fix!
NVM I was using 1.7.9, could you update to that version? The newest?
NVM Again, found out you can't use /reload to install the plugin
Please reply to my PM :(
commands like this /tcmd 1h /lagg clear /tcmd 1d /lagg unloadchunks
@wumpyc
Where does it get saved to?!
Would the command not be executed if the server get a reboot?
Where are the scheduled commands saved to? o:
Nevermind. Found it :)
Great plugin, It would be great to add a command to extend the time.
Is it possible to schedule commands based on minecraft time, rather real time? Like every night it would execute one command, every morning other
@ryanthemagi
I think I will add a feature listing the scheduled commands which are left
I scheduled a command to be executed in 30 days. If I want to check to see how much time is left (or when I originally scheduled that command), is there a way to check? If not, it would be a very useful feature.
@Gunnerrrrr
Good Idea. I'll add that!
Can you add an option to repeat the commands?
Say for example I did /tcmd 7d Broadcast Happy Friday! Then I have the option to have it repeat every 7 days.
This would be a huge help to me, no other plugins have week support like yours, but I really need the repeating feature!
@FGedda
Because it checks the tasks every 600 seconds (it's configurable):
Why? Because I want the plugin to be fast and I want it to work on huge servers - without any lag. If you want the checks to be faster, feel free to decrease the time. Every <amount of time> seconds the plugin checks all waiting tasks.

Why doesnt this work. It gives me the permission but it never removes it. In the console it says:
15:19:41 CONSOLE: [INFO] Permission "hunt.safe" added! 15:19:41 CONSOLE: [INFO] The command pex user FGedda remove hunt.safe is going to be executed in 20 Seconds
@FGedda
It does work. What command have you entered?
Does this plugin work? It doesnt execute the command for me. EDIT: Im using 1.6.4
