Changes in 1.8:

• Added '/announce prefix <text>' command.
  
• Prevent broadcasts when nobody is online. (No more log spamming!)
  
• Default configuration is now created automatically on first launch.
  
• Fix problems with special characters inside the messages.
  

Small changes to the configuration file. You will need to set the prefix again after installing this update!
