What steps will reproduce the problem?
I added the plugin to my plugin folder, then started my server. The error appears on the screen and the plugin does not create a folder

I will add log file

This does seem to be an issue related to your configuration files. As far as I can see based on the console, it's an issue with a world-specific configuration file.

Could you please post all your world configuration files, if you want me to check them.

You might want to use a service like GitHub Gist to upload your configuration files (which is a free service I like to use).
