Bug Fixes

• NoGrief fire prevention has been recoded to work correctly with servers using MC version < 1.5.1.
• Powers were loading their info out of order causing NullPointerExceptions left and right, this has been fixed. This caused some powers to work incorrectly (mainly PolarBlade, Jackpot, etc).
• Pre-Emptive no longer causes a StackOverflow when doing damage.

In other news, the error notification system seems to be working a bit TOO well...
