Rules
Description
Rules allows the server owner to make server rules for fellow Minecraft players to follow.
Commands
- /rules - Shows the rules (You need Essentials for this to work!)

I made a plugin like this, you can customize the rules in the config.yml. Also, you don't need essentials.

If you need this plugin though, there is a whole another plugin:
Essentials
After downloading this plugin, type /rules on your server. It can be configured in the config.yml. You're welcome :)
