RP Time
RP Time is a simple plugin made specifically for use on Role Play servers. This plugin will emulate a real world 24 hour cycle across all worlds on your server. Note: You will have the option to ignore specific worlds within the config

Commands
- rptime | time
- Returns the current time
- restartrptime
- Restarts or (if not running) starts the RP Time session
- Requires rptime.admin permission

I don't use red stone clocks. can you release a build that fix this glitch? :)

That's actually something coming in v0.5a. Along with several new commands and features :) Keep an eye out ;)

Unfortunately, Yes. The reason for this is that moon cycles are handled client side. The only way to really fix this is to either completely screw over red stone clocks or handle it with a client side mod. :/
Does the moon phase mess up when the plugin tries to sync the time with real world time?
This is really a perfect and simple plugin that does exactly what it should! :)
I do hope that you add configurable time, so if you have an international server, you could have 1 hour day/night cycles etc. I think that would work out really well. :)
