Changelog

- Major bug fixes / lag improvements across the board
- added in </guilds> command to list all guilds in game and how many players belong to each
- added in </lookup {playername}> command to show a players pvp kills, guild, and currency
- added in </hq set> command for a guild leader to set their guild headquarters
- added in </hq tp> command for players to teleport to their guild headquarters
- added in guild tags, guilds must now be created with </guild create guildname gtag> the tag must be 4 letters/numbers long
(NOTE: any guilds already created that do not have tags will have to have tags manually entered into the config
- added in new config options
Guild Names in Chat: true - whether or not to show guild tags before chat messages
No Build: false - whether or not players are prevented from building in opposing guilds headquarters

Guild headquarters give the guild a 50 block radius when they claim it, it is not yet changeable.
Even if No Build is set to false guild bounderies still cannot overlap (meaning a new guild hq being set will have to be at least 100 blocks away from the center of any other guild hq)

- guild banks are still not implemented (the base code for it is in the plugin but it does not work yet so please do not use it!!)
- ability to set and read player notes / info is still not implemented
