Plugin request for Jobble.
This plugin will allow the user to roll a specified dice once or a specific amount of times. This plugin is useful for calculating damage on RPG servers.
Commands:
- /roll <dice type> <times to roll/leave blank for 1 roll>
- <example> /roll d6 5 - This will roll the d6 dice 5 times.
Permissions:
- None
Installation:
- Drag plugin into your servers /plugins directory.
- Restart/Reload your server.

I made this plugin in 15 minutes to fill a request. The if else works fine for this. As for the usages of the plugin i was throwing stuff out there you can use it for whatever you want.

Posted May 15, 2014I have never seen turn-based RPG server. In theory Minecraft is the worst tool for that type of servers because it should cause strange laggs between server-client. It may be good for damage calculation but I thinks that all developers will use themselves created method instead of use another plugin for that.
Anyway, idea is interesting but I don't see any reasons to use that.
You also should use switch-case instead of if-else.
