To be honest, I don't even remember what I've put in. Here's what I think is new:

• Chat channels (/ch)
• Name highlighting no longer highlights names in the middle of words.
• chat-radius of 0 should work again.
• Interworld chat toggle
• Fixed some double percentage signs
• Support for new chat codes

This should fix some of the errors you're having. Please completely remove the old jar before using this one.
