Permanent Speed Issue #358

    Description of the problem:

    My friend was repeatedly using the speed spell whilst using Mage class, this somehow resulted in him having permanent speed. He constantly travels at extremely fast speeds and makes the game almost unplayable. 

     

    Steps to reproduce error/bug:

    There weren't many steps to have the bug, it simply applied the speed permanently when he repeatedly cast the spell.
