myNPC - BugFix
- /mynpc look <true/false> works again
- default interact-radius ( 5 blocks )

myRPG - BugFix
PermissionsEx configuration updated.
Now it works with the latest PEx Version.
You can set if plugin uses the Minecraft Level Bar (green one).

- settype command is bugged
- gear don't update after setting/reload
- npc don't tells your quest when you re near

myQuest
- permissions have bugs
