v3.2.2 (Spell Update)

• you can power-up spells
• configure damage/defense of  spells in YAML files
• add max-level option in config
• add translations
• add lore to weapon (see MIC.jar)
• add option to disable durability of custom weapons (config.yml)
• new command /spellbook
• update to MC 1.12
• small bugfixes

Guard won't work with any bukkit version lower than 1.12 (if you need it for 1.11, contact me)
