Support bridges made of new wooden slab and double slab block by default
Improve movement of entities on bridge (including support for bridges made up of upper half blocks); entities should hopefully fall off less or even not at all
Support new solid blocks for base (end stone, etc.)
Ignore redstone current through sign posts and wall signs (this may or may not be a Bukkit bug)
