    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. I renamed the plugin to ReportPlayer
    2.when i loaded it and tried to report someone i didnt get the notification
    3.i tried unloading it with plugin manager and it said plugin did not exist but i can do /report

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.4.7

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Ok you need to be OP or have the permission report.veiw to see the reports all players may do /report and yes it is made with the latest build of bukkit
