IF YOU ARE RUNNING SQLITE AND HAS BEEN RUNNING THIS PLUGIN PRIOR TO VERSION 0.4.0 YOU NEED TO DO ONE OF THESE TWO THINGS:

2. Delete your old ReportRTS.db file before starting the server with ReportRTS v0.4.0
   
3. Start ReportRTS v0.4.0 (it WILL cause errors to occur, worry not!), then once fully started, as OP run /reportrts upgrade. Once this completes, run /reportrts reload and everything should be okay.
