• Fixed a NPE in the Restart command
• Fixed the startup (broken in v0.5)
• Fixed a typo resulting the plugin not showing a message if startup is disabled
• Fixed the displaying of commands and the pagination system of it
• Added pagination to the files-listing command
• Alias 'rel' for reload

(This is mainly a bug-fix update)

1. Do NOT load a permissions-plugin via RePlug, it will mess up, for sure.
Plus, RePlug works with permissions, I wouldn't see why someone would need to load a permissions plugin after server startup.
