What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place an adminshop
2. Right-click to use
3. Items get repaired, but money isn't taken. Either as Op or as a regular person.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting the sign to take the funds from the economy. BOSEconomy is installed as the plugin, as well Vault is installed.

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log for this issue.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the following permission nodes set through GroupManager as:
- repairshop.use
- repairshop.create.*

I would like to see the plugin take the money from my economy as an op, non-op, etc. Then put in a flag for ops to bypass the econ.

Otherwise, this is a great plugin and I like how lightweight it is.
