    I have given all players the
    RepairShop.create.*
    RepairShop.use
    permissions, but they are still not able to use the repair shops. They click the signs and do not get any error message, but their tools are not repaired and it does NOT say that they were repaired.  The admins can repair no problem.  I am using bukkit, mcm, boseconomy, and permissionsbukkit.

    Please help.
