    1. Use of Vault
    2.Use of latest dev build of bukkit

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    [RepairShop] No economy-system found. Disabling now.

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest version for 1.2.3

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Can this be set to not even need an economy plugin?
