Fixed bug where players without .self permission could use /rms [player] to bypass it.
Added an info section for invalid command.
Withers and Ender Dragons will not spawn yet.
Skeletons do not spawn with a bow, I am trying to figure this out, it seems like quite a few people are having issues with it but there has to be a workaround for it.
