What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

1. Custom weapons you create In the config can drop from specified mobs with loot chances
2. Add support with the extra enchantments plugin allowing more enchantment customization for players
3. Add a formattable chat setting In the config that shows the players level In the chat box
4. Add NPC commands that create and allow them to give quests, buy/sell items, teleport players, or upgrade held items
5. Add chests that drop from slayed mobs that hold the items that would have dropped allowing the player that defeated the mob to select what to grab from the looted body, give the dropped chest a timer so after say 30 seconds It disappears so there Is no clutter

That's all I can think of right now, this plugin reminds me of MyRPG somewhat and because that plugin Is abandoned I can't upgrade to 1.7.9, also the ideas I listed In my opinion would give this plugin a bigger RPG feel
