What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go outside of any defined region.
2. Attempt to place a painting.

I expect to be able to place a painting as usual. Instead, no painting is placed.

Paintings do work as usual inside defined regions.

Well that is interesting. I just tested it myself and had no problem. Do you have protection enabled outside of regions by any chance? The setting is in plugins/Regios/Configuration/WorldConfigurations/world.rwc (or whatever you named your world) Check and see if ProtectionEnabledOutsideRegions is true. If it is set it to false, reload Regios and try again.

My apologies. I should have specified. Yes, I am using the option for ProtectionEnabledOutsideRegions set to true. This is one of the features I need most in the plugin. This allows my younger members to explore outside of their regions without doing any harm.

If I set ProtectionEnabledOutsideRegions to fasle, I can place paintings normally.
