RegionOnlyWE
Plugin protects servers that offer WorldEdit to players. Players can only WorldEdit inside their owned regions. The plugins ties into worldguard. Plugins requires WorldEdit and WorldGuard.
Plugins has no internal permissions and no commands.
Just assign worledit permissions to allow wand and .pos. Also .expand and .contract are supported.
Works currently with default wordedit wooden tool.

You can safely give your users WorldEdit commands without worrying about them modifying other people's plots. PlotMe uses the gmask function within WorldEdit to restrict the blocks they can change. Only plots which the player is owner or helper on can be modified by WorldEdit. Your admins can use /plotme weanywhere, to remove the restriction for themselves temporarily to modify roads for example.
So I guess it can be done with WG.

Posted Mar 26, 2013This is a blatant scam, because worldedit currently doesn't have any internal support for checking whether it's operating in protected space or not. It doesn't generate per-block events, so its actions can't be caught and cancelled by plugins.

Posted Jul 8, 2012Seems extremly shady. I'd warn everyone to not download via his Skype as he easily could give you an "infected" file.
However if he uploads it to bukkitdev, the staff checks the plugin so its secure. So if he would be serious he would upload it here.
