"The rollback update"

New Features:

• Region rollback - saves snapshots of regions on purchase and resets the regions when sold

Fixed bugs/issues:

• Fixed wrong block protected for wall signs [Ticket #59]

Changes in the language-file:

• Changed strings REGION_NOT_BOUGHT & REGION_NOT_RENTED: The message is now a little nicer
• Changed string REGION_LOCATED: The region name is now enclosed in single quotation marks (standardization)
• Color rework; Made all green strings dark green (standardization). The following strings were affected: PLAYER_DATA_REMOVED, SIGNS_RELOADED, WORLD_SIGNS_RELOADED, OUTGOING_OFFER, INCOMING_OFFER, OUTGOING_GIVETO, INCOMING_GIVETO, REGION_LOCATED, PLACE_SIGN
• New string ERROR_NO_ROLLBACK_FILE

• Now using the CurseForge API for update checks (New Bukkit policy)
