For 1.7 and 1.8

Version 4.6.8:

• Added: Admin Flag "death-back" to deny players to use /back command after dead inside regions;
• Added: Normal Flag "allow-home" to allow players to use /sethome or /home inside regions. Normal player can change this;
• Added: Global Flag "use-minecart" to allow player to use minecart where are no regions and the globalflag "build" is false;
• Fixed: Fix egg trowning in protected regions;

ItemFrames and Paintings can be removed only if you set the flag fire to true! Then change to true, remove the frame/painting, and turn off again!
This is necessary because new flag fire to deny break by explosion entities(Creeper) and the player is an entity too :S
