What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a region you do not have access to.
2. Place a wolf sitting in the region (that you don't have access to)
3. Rapid click on the wold. You will get a message saying that you can't touch it, but after ~1 second of rapid clicking it will disappear.
4. Notice that the wolf has teleported to the owner since it was not sitting for a short amount of time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The wolf should not teleport for the fraction of a second that it is standing

What version of the product are you using?
Reproducible in all version
