Changelog

* Changed PHP tags to '<?php' (lots of webserver didnt support '<?')
* Optimized variable setting (Thanks to jbooker34 for informing me!)

A small amount of webservers seem to have problems regarding the installation (database not found but connection is correct).

Hopefully I'll find a way to fix this ASAP.
