Updated Config.yml

• Updated to 1.6.2
• Changed Events to MONITOR Priority (Reduces Lag A Lot!)
• Added Garbage Cleanup on Various Changes
• Commands Handled Separately (For RedBlocks 3)
• Made RedBlocks Less of a Resource Hog

• Destroying a RedBlock destroys it and the stick
• RedBlock locations are now sorted as strings - This drastically reduced redstone lag.

• Added Beacon Support
• Added NoteBlock Support
• Fixed DoubleChest and Chest Support

• WorldEdit Additions and Block Additions check if the player has permission to modify the block there!
• Fixed ConcurrentModificationException Crashes
• Redstone Timeout (This allows you to reduce the lag by preventing RedBlock clocks)
• WorldEdit Additions/Removals WAY faster.
• Block Additions/Removals WAY faster.

This update will speed up RedBlocks and servers using it. RedBlocks is much less of a resource hog!
