@IndividualResults Fixed all results failing when no chances provided
Fixed results not updating correctly on recipes with multiple results
@Explode: Added fuel property to control when explosions occur in fuel recipes
- @Explode fuel end Will cause the explosion to happen after the fuel runs out
- @Explode fuel random Will cause the explosion to happen sometime randomly before the fuel runs out
API: Added RecipeManagerFuelBurnEndEvent and RecipeManagerFuelBurnRandomEvent
