What steps will reproduce the problem?
You cannot buy only one item out from the stack. You must pay for whole stack, then sell 63 items to the shop. But sell price is lower than buy price, so I think it is a bug.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should pay for items after leaving shop. Plugin should compare before/after state of chest and count the price.
