Realistic Backpacks
Realistic Backpacks is a plugin not similar to the other backpack/inventory extending plugins, but a unique experience. Backpacks are represented by a configurable item, not virtual commands. They also will give realistic features of what a backpack would give upon a user in real life, including slowed movement, increased need for hunger, and others. Of course, all of these features are customizable and can be turned off. If you just want backpacks that are opened via items and not commands and nothing else, then this plugin is also for you.
Features:
- Full customization of almost all features
- Lightweight as possible
- Flatfile and MySQL support
- Backpacks are items, not virtual commands
- Supports economies, and can purchase backpacks via commands
- Create multiple backpacks
- Custom recipes for backpacks
- Customize the names, lore, and item for backpacks
- Option to use a whitelist/blacklist for items with backpacks

I made 2 types of backpack but the issue is none of the backpacks are showing up in game even though I checked like everything. Please do help or could you provide me with a example then maybe I try to copy it because I tried removing the plugin and putting it back in , redoing everything.
Hi,
I´ve just found this bug without reading in this forum. plz fix it. I like this plugin. Thanks for creating it.
Greeting, ventusanima
I just created a ticket on Github. It's about the unexpected duplication of backpacks.
@schneeleo
I'm new to MySQL, this is the only time I've used it. I've fixed it now though. And the simple JSON library, is well.. too simple.
Also, why did you include a new json library? https://code.google.com/p/json-simple/ is already in Bukkit.
And hope, that noone is using <-> in one of their item names. You should've just serialized a json array using the above mentioned json library.
Hey,
you should learn how to properly use prepared statements ...

Thanks for the donation, I really appreciate it.
@slayr288
thank you so very much. i love your plug and will make a donation for your time and effort.
@zachrywilsn
Oh, I see the issue. Will be fixed in the next update.
the reason i say replace is because i ran the RB files on a 1.6.4 backup. it converted them. then i copy pasted the newly converted ones into my official server folder. hints replacing the files. i just found it odd that once it converted and i put them in they ran, but seamed after a restart it said it was back to the old files. when/if it happens again ill report with more info like console messages. as for now its been up and running fine after i replaced the files for the 2nd time.
@zachrywilsn
What do you mean you replace the old ones with new ones? The plugin should automatically change your data without you having to do anything.
@slayr288
i have converted the files in a 1.6.4 version. says converted. then i replace the old ones with new ones. it starts up fine. but after a restart/shutdown. i restart the server and it tells me that message i need to convert. its like the conversion wont stay put. idk what to do.
@MikeGold
Mkay, do get back to me with how the conversion went if you can.
Because I decided to check if everything is ready for my migration to 1.7.2 on the test server. Over 40 plugins. Simply I've opened 40 pages in my browser and downloaded most recent versions of plugins. Well, sorry for bothering ;].
@MikeGold
I messed up the version check with a typo, it's supposed to tell you to run the plugin in 1.6.4 to convert your data. Why didn't you read the changelog?
Small problem enabling plugin on 1.7 current dev build:
@Faldonboy
That means 'TinyBackpack' is not a backpack in your config. Or you typed the cases wrong.
This error is terrorizing my console screen.
Hey I am haveing issues with your plugin on my server and I was wondering if you could help us? The issue is none of the backpacks are showing up ill post my config down below incase I screwed that up some how, also we are useing mysql but I left the info out for the help.

@Shooty_
Sorry, but that function isn't related to this plugin.
