How it works:
Well, a player or admin will type /rms to view help page then /rms rate then ive added in a counter so it will count up the votes in ones so players can view the votes with /rms show (CURRENTLY NOT WORKING) Since this command is not working yet please use /rms rate to view it!

Commands and Permissions:

Posted Jul 1, 2013This looks cool, would it hook up to some sort of webpage where multiple servers can go head-to-head using this plugin?
Also, I may not be of MUCH help, but I could try and help with this plugin if you'd like.
Either way, looks like a good idea so far
