    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.use the xp mode,whan use the skill(Backstab..etc),Player's exp is not decrease
    2.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    If player's exp is 0,the skill will not launch,but if exp more than skill required value,it will run

    What version of the product are you using?
    Rare Item Hunter v1.4.8

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Bukkit version: #2788 1.5.2-R1.0
    Economy system: Essentials-2.11.1
    Vault version: Vault 1.2.25
