Please note! This version has UUID support, so if you are using either a offline-mode server or a pre-1.7 one you will need to use 0.4b.

• UUID support! Turns out the reason I couldn't get it working is because my test server is in offline mode. Oops.

/rap lookup <player> sometimes results in the UUIDs being shown rather than the usernames.
