This plugin will let you choose a rank for a player for a GUI.

THIS DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR PERMISSIONS PLUGIN

Commands:

/rank <playername>

Permissions:

rank.use

Also give the Staff member the pex or group manager permissions for the them to use that commands
EXAMPLE:

/pex group moderator user add <playername>

permissions.manage.membership.<group>
