    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Any configuration I do, even default
    2. Type /rankup and it will say "You are not allowed to rankup" even with all permissions (*)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    To rankup

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.3

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There is no error
