Better Teleport

What's this ?
this is a random teleport plugin allows player to randomly teleport on the main world, out of the spawn location for the players.
How its works ?
Its simple you have just one command that will do all the work , /rtp , and the player will have a 10 seconds cooldown.
futures❤:
Chunks will be loaded before teleporting the player(Beta).
players have a 1/5 of seconds blindness , so they don't generate more chunks.
Config to change the spawn location, World Name , and the cooldown.
Commands:
- rtp :
usage: /rtp
- btReload:
usage: /btreload
Permissions:
- RandomTeleport.reloadConfig
its will allow staff team to reload the config without restarting/reloading the server.
- RandomTeleport.Admin
Q&A :
Q: Does it work on the nether and the End ?
A: No, because the nether and the end will have gaps/places where the player could die.
Q: If i got glichest/Bugs/Errors what i do ?

Q: Where's the config ?
A: The config will be release with the Alpha version.
