What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a first spawn.
2. Place blocks or otherwise alter that location.
3. Spawn inside blocks, take damage, fall, whatever the situation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, I'd expect Random Spawn to spawn players as intelligently at the first spawn point as at the random points. On the ground, not in lava, not inside blocks.

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No. Console outputs nothing after the command.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think I can make this work with Essentials Spawn, but I have no other reason to use that mod.
