QuickTravel v0.5

for CB 1.2.3-R0.1 (#2034)

• Added 'qt-from-anywhere' to config.yml. When set to true, users can QT from any location, not just other QTs.
• Renamed '/qt charge' and 'qt.charge' to '/qt price' and 'qt.price' respectively.
• New pricing system. QuickTravel now sets the prices for you, unless you want to set your own.
• Major code clean-up.
• Added 'free-by-default' to config.yml. See the config.yml page for more info.

QuickTravel v0.4

• Bugfix: QTs are now displayed by pages when listed in-game.
• Bugfix: Renaming now works properly.
• Added '/qt list' command and relevant permissions. Allows users to view a list of ALL QTs and info, regardless of whether they have discovered them or if they are enabled etc.
• QT naming restrictions. QT names must contain letters.
