• Added /sudo command
• Added permission nodes: - quicktools.sudo - lets you force another user to run a command - quicktools.sudo.nope - you cannot be sudoed by a user with the quicktools.sudo permission - quicktools.sudo.override - you can sudo anybody
• Other simple bug fixes

Might not properly update player files, if this happens just delete the player's directory and have all the players rejoin.
