What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Add an additional permission that can be given to operators to track sales in chat at server shops.
Perhaps the permission could work as follows, with "name" intended to be whatever the admin chose to name as the owner of the server shops.
quickshop.log.name

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm requesting this because it's a good way to log in-game if a particular shop is working or not. I've had a couple bug out on me and I've had to recreate them from scratch, because they weren't completing the transaction but took the player's items.
