I know that you don´t take any feature requests atm, but maybe that changes in future:

I would like to see a way of leasing/renting shops. So the chests are already placed or you place them and buy xx for 2 weeks for xx for each day. If you can´t pay that value any more or the 2 weeks are over without extending it the chest gets reset and any other player can rent it.
