This page describes how to properly enter special arguments.

{location}

Syntax: <X>;<Y>;<Z>;{world};[yaw];[pitch]
Defaults:

  • yaw: 0
  • pitch: 0

Special cases:

  • Location can also be one of reserved words. All reserver words can be changed in configuration.
    • 'here' - current position of the player typing the command (can't be used in console)
    • 'block' - location of the block the player is currently looking at (can't be used in console)
    • 'player' - location of a player doing the quest

{region}

Not available in 0.6.
Syntax: <region type>[|additional data]
Defaults: none
Types:

  • ANYWHERE - location matches anywhere
  • WORLD|{world} - location matches in the defined world
  • SPHERE|{location}|<range> - location maches inside the defined sphere (range is positive real number)
  • CUBOID|{location}|{location} - location matches inside the defined cuboid

Special cases: none

Examples
WORLD|world_nethermatches anywhere in default nether world
SPHERE|here|13.5matches up to 13.5 blocks from current position
CUBOID|block|0;60;0;thismatches everything between selected block and center of the map

{world}

Syntax: world name
Defaults: none
Special cases:

  • world name can also be word 'this', which means world the player typing the command is currently in (can't be used in console)
    • reserved word 'this' can be changed in config

Syntax: <enchant ID or name>:<numeric level>
Defaults: none

Syntax: <item ID or name>[:item data]
Defaults:

  • [item data] - ANY item data where applicable OR 0

Special cases: none

{occasion}

Syntax: <occasion>[:delay in seconds]
Defaults:

  • [delay in seconds] - 0

Occasions:

  • -1 = Quest start
  • -2 = Quest cancel
  • -3 = Quest complete
  • non-negative number = objetive with that ID complete

{entity}

Syntax: bukkit entity name or entity ID
Defaults: none
Special cases: none

Syntax: bukkit color name or color ID

{click}

Syntax: left / right / push / any
Defaults: none
Special cases:

  • push means pressure plate interaction
  • unknown word is counted as ANY

{potion effect}

version 0.6 uses colon ':' as a separator.
Syntax: <effect ID or name>;<duration>[;amplifier]
Defaults:

  • [amplifier] - 0 (lvl 1 effect)
