Beta release of the plugin
Save and Load quests and boards
Easy quest creation by placing sign on board
Commands:
    qb complete - receive rewards for complete quest
    qb descritpion - show quest description
    qb sa - create board area by right clicking on 2 blocks
    qb abandon - abandon current quest in progress
Permissions:
    qb.accept - ability to take quests
       qb.complete ability - to use /qb complete to complete quests -> can always complete with sign.
       qb.gen - ability to generate quest board
       qb.setarea - ability to set area for quest board and build one yourself
       qb.place - ability to place quest signs.
       qb.delete - ability to destroy quest signs and remove quest from registry.
