    What is the issue?
    There is a bug, quake won't work after restarting the server

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I dont know what happened, i never touched the config file. After i shutdown and reboot the server back up there are no existence of the quake commands or quake join signs. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!
