Make points earned remain after server restart. #41

    Could we have a system where a users infraction points remain after a restart?

    And maybe additional commands to:

    Add points for a user.
    Deduct points for a user.
    Set points for a user.
    Remove all points for a user.

    /pf add <points> <user>
    /pf remove <points> <user>
    /pf set <points> <user>
    /pf removeall <points> <user>
