    What is the issue?  When I try to start the plugin, I get this in the logs. [07:35:07 ERROR]: [PwnFilter] Fatal configuration failure: Top level is not a Map.
    [07:35:07 ERROR]: [PwnFilter] PwnFilter disabled.

    Please provide any additional information below.
