Disabled PvP prevents taking damage from enderpearls. #95

    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1. Set PvP to disabled
    2. Use an enderpearl

    What is the expected output?: The player takes damage from using the enderpearl.

    What do you see instead?: The player receives a message "You have PVP disabled!" and does not take any damage.

    What version are you using?: v3.0.0

    Do you have an error log of what happened?: No.

    Please provide any additional information below: I believe this is caused by all forms of inflicted damage being counted as PvP - however enderpearl damage is self-inflicted and should not count as PvP.
