    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    /pvp off <playername>

    What is the expected output?
    Players should be exempt from PVP

    What do you see instead?
    Players are still PVP active

    What version are you using?
    3.0.0 with craftbukkit 1.4.5 beta

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Additional:
    I use multi-verse, tho I set PVP off for the user for each world

    Sorry looks like its because of mcMMO, there is another ticket on this.

    Also have cooldown problems, even with cooldown set the user may /pvp off, and /pvp on without any problems.
